Although when he was a teenager he wanted to make cinema his way of life, finally photography trapped his heart. Natale Sandoli, born in Venezuela and Canary Islander by adoption, defines himself as a lover of his profession and, especially, the way photography has let him keep the memories of moments lived with every couple he has accompanied in their wedding day.

He started as an apprentice photographer in his native country. From then on, more than 30 years have passed, 12 of them passed in Tenerife running Natale Arte Fotográfico.

When you tell someone you’ve been working for more than 30 years in something, he/she can interpreted this fact as a good thing or a bad thing.
Experience is not enough. In this profession you have to keep updated, like doctors or computer experts, for example.

His wife, Nati, is his best support. They make a great team together who can make real unique snapshots.

Pre-wedding is essential for us. It is a session that let us break the ice, catch the feeling with them. We laugh, tease, and make all we can to get that they loosen up and spend a nice time.

The sense of humor is basic, above all to lighten the nerves of the bride on the wedding day.

We have lived all kind of anecdotes and having sense of humor is always the best option. We went to a wedding in which most of guest congratulated the groom’s brother instead of the groom, because they were twins and they couldn’t distinguish between them; in other one, they forgot the wedding coins and rings. There are thousands stories to tell.

For this 2015, lot of couples are contacting with them, because they have been named as recommended suppliers at Bodas.net. So if you like what you have seen in this article, visit their web page and contact them as soon as possible. Especially, if your wedding will be celebrated in high season.

DIY.

At all hen parties, a time to gift is usually saved. The gifts can be from the bride to the friends/bridesmaids or vice versa.
If you have bought little details and wrap a gift is not your strong point, here you’ll find a tutorial to make a 100% recyclable, durable, and so cute packaging.

- Regla
- Tijeras
- Cinta adhesiva

As raw material to make our box, we will use magazines’ advertisement pages, because the varnish used in the printing process give the pages an stiffness we don’t find in other kind of paper.
Other materials you will need are:
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Adhesive tape

We start drawing a square in our piece of paper. It very important the image we are interested in is centered in the square, because this will be the top cover of the box. In our case, we have drawn an 18x18cm square. To make the bottom cover, we will follow the same steps we describe below, but drawing a square with one centimeter less by side.

Other way to get the square without using a pencil and ruler is lining up the top edge of the paper with the right one. Once we have got the square and cut the excess, those are the steps to follow:
1. Turn the page. Trace a diagonal on the paper folding the top right corner over the bottom left corner. Open the paper and repeat this step folding the top left corner over the bottom right corner. When we open again, we should have marked an X .

2. Fold the four corners of the paper of its center, in the order you prefer.

3. Fold the left edge over the centerline and mark. Open the paper and repeat this step with the right edge, the top edge and the bottom one.

Before continuing, be sure your page has this aspect.

4. Unfold the page stretching the left and the right triangles.

5. Fold the top and the bottom edge ove the centerline.

6. Trace 4 diagonals – 2 on each end –, lining up the bottom edge with the right edge, and the top edge with the left edge.

7. Take the top and bottom edges and unfold to the outside. We will have 2 sides of the box.

8. Take the figure by its left side. Join the diagonals to encounter them in the center and fold the excess (the triangle). Repeat with the right side.

At this point, this should be our box.

With the adhesive tape, we fix the triangles to the cover.
Will you try?

Estilismo nupcial.

Movies always have been a constant source of inspiration. Many professionals of all industries have soaked up landscapes, fashion designing, makeup, or visual effects – amongst others – of one or some films to give shape to their own work later.
We have wanted to discover if that happens in bridal world, so we present you below some wedding looks we have seen in recent fiction/fantasy movies.
Warning: This post can contain spoilers.

Her wedding dress, made in semi-sheer fabrics and silver lace, was embellished with scarlet color ceramics and thousand of Swarovski crystals, swirled embroidery that reached the hemline. Adding an excessive floral hairdress, the design aim was reflect the luxury and ostentation of the universe she was starting to know.

Hunger Games heroine Katniss Everdeen, performed by Jennifer Lawrence, also had the chance to wear a bridal gown in the second chapter of this trilogy.
Fashion designer Tex Siverio inspired in one of his own designs from his collection spring/summer 2011, Ice Vixen Couture, to tailor it. Metal pieces try to suggest the idea of a cage, and chiffon and organza of the bulky skirt give the necessary lightness to spin before turning in flames.

But we have also seen simple wedding dresses that hide one or another surprise, as for example the wedding dress chosen by Bella Swan to marry with Edward Cullen in Breaking Dawn Part 1.

And we finish with Julia Roberts playing as Snow White stepmother. The dress has more than 100.000 Swarovski crystals in 20 different tonalities and was designed by Eiko Ishioka, who received an Oscar because of his wedding dress design for Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
